I called late one evening to check on something expecting to receive an answering machine but John answered immediately and addressed my questions, this was on a weekend after 8:00 p.m..

Out of all of them fortress storage unit is far superior than any other storage facility in town. Not only do they have the best customer service very friendly staff, which are there on the weekends unlike other units, but the facilities are very secure and very well-kept never had any issues. Couldn’t ask for any more than a storage facility.. The storage locker is insulated which my wife liked because they kept her vinyls and valuables safe. Most units in town charge a high rate for on insulated units. If you’re looking for the cleanest and most secure storage unit in town look no further fortress storage unit is the place I give them five stars on every aspect of the facility. Will definitely be sending family and friends to fortress storage.
