Brooke was not only very personable and professional but also extremely helpful - willing to help out and go the extra mile. This was actually my first trip after the moving company I hired filled the unit with my things. When I arrived - I found that the movers had stacked things so poorly that several boxes had fallen over and were blocking the door to the unit - I was unable to open my unit at all. Brooke helped me rearrange the boxes that were blocking the door and I was able to access my belongings. Brooke helped me further by helping me pick out some new boxes into which I transferred some of my belongings. She was even able to charge the new boxes to the card that was already on file. Once I was finished with my unit - Brooke was willing to help me clean up afterwards and took some of the older boxes that I replaced out to your facility’s dumpster. All in all - my experience with your facility and staff was extremely exemplary and very positive.

He is friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about the people he helps, and that makes such a difference. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, convenient storage facility with people who actually care about their customers, I definitely recommend Galveston Climate Storage—and ask for Mark! ⭐️
