I know some people might not be a fan of all the new fangled technology for a storage unit, but I for one have never ... I know some people might not be a fan of all the new fangled technology for a storage unit, but I for one have never enjoyed going to my storage unit this much. I don't have to hunt for a key. I don't have to remember a code. And they have little flatbed carts by the door for you conveniently roll around all the crap you need a storage unit for. ❤️ Also the bathrooms didn't invoke the feeling of being trapped in a box or make you wonder if you had discovered a new species of fungus growing in the sink. It was nice and clean and well lit and a proper bathroom size. Final note is the service is impeccable. I was able to walk in, sign the paperwork, pay what I needed to, then my due date and the fees were all explain to me before being conveniently sent to my email, I was assisted with the downloading and setting up of my app, and then walked to my unit and giving a tutorial on how to use things, explained where everything was including the elevator (that will soon be in service). And the price can't be beat especially when you consider that it's climate control it's secure and everything is digital. It was a very welcome surprise.

I have a speech impediment & I am used to being treated with disrespect but not once did she get annoyed with me or make me feel less important than the customer before me.
