Very friendly and accommodating. She helped me get a second storage unit and has helped me with a challenge from the previous management company (not First Storage). The storage itself is clean and convenient. We love that it's climate controlled. We are between houses and were able to hang our clothes on a freestanding closet in storage. We go over and 'shop' every couple of weeks. I don't have to wash everything coming out of storage. I just put it in the closet. While we look forward to our next house being finished, we are grateful to have a nice place to keep our things. We know when we pull them out they will be in the same condition as when we stored them. Relieves a lot of stress and expense.
