Crystal has always been an amazing person to deal with in regards to our unit. She is kind and understanding, very professional and my favorite ... Crystal has always been an amazing person to deal with in regards to our unit. She is kind and understanding, very professional and my favorite thing is she is always up front and honest when I have questions or concerns. I've honestly never liked getting storage units because I find it usually very difficult to contact and deal with them if there is an issue or something comes up. But since the very beginning Crystal has been wonderful to deal with and speak to. We won't be changing our storage unit again unless we move.
