I had an issue with what I had been told about billing and I called the office and spoke to the nicest gentleman named Joe ... I had an issue with what I had been told about billing and I called the office and spoke to the nicest gentleman named Joe Ested. He listened to my complaint and did not brush me off. He spoke to management and made sure I was taken care of. Joe restored my faith in good customer service. He made sure I had great customer experience!
