We have a variety of storage units and spaces to fit all your needs. Whether you're looking for standard storage, climate-controlled units, RV parking, or something else, we've got you covered!
What hours can I access my storage unit?
Our gate and door access is open every day for your convenience. For more details, please contact the Carolina Secure Storage facility closest to you or refer to our locations page and select the desired facility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via debit and credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I make payments for my storage unit?
Payments can be made conveniently through our website. Additionally, you have the option to set up automatic monthly payments from your credit card, savings, or checking account.
How do I know what size storage unit I need?

Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
Unfortunately, we do not offer boxes or packing supplies at this time.
Is there boat and RV storage?
We offer uncovered boat and RV storage.
Are your storage units climate-controlled?
We offer an array of climate-controlled storage options!
Are there any restrictions on what I can store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No, our facility operates on a self-service basis. You will be provided with a unique keycode to enter at the keypad for access to your unit.
