I had the pleasure of working with her over the last couple weeks while trying to help my elderly mother empty her storage unit at the Tilton NH facility and close out her account. As luck would have it, she had lost her key but Carol was able to navigate through this situation and set up a meeting with the locksmith to solve this problem. She was super professional and very kind. An obvious asset to your team!
