Who Qualifies?
We keep things simple and fair:
Senior Discount (65+)
Customers 65+ receive an ongoing discount on monthly rent for eligible units.
Military Discount
As a thank-you for your service, active duty military and veterans receive an ongoing discount on monthly rent for eligible units.
Discounts are available to qualifying customers on select units and apply to base monthly rent only. Taxes, required fees, and any protection plans or insurance are additional. Discounts may be limited per account and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Please see the manager for all details.

Who can use these discounts?
Our ongoing discounts are open to anyone who qualifies: seniors 65+, active duty military, veterans, and customers who refer new tenants. Some discounts may be limited to select unit sizes or types, and only one discount can be applied per unit. Please speak with the manager for current eligibility.
How does the “Pay 12 months, get the 13th free” offer work?
When you pre-pay 12 full months of rent on an eligible unit, you receive the 13th month free on that same unit. This offer is available on select units and cannot be combined with other discounts or move-in specials. Our staff will help you decide if the annual pre-pay is the best value for your situation.
What do I need for the senior or military discount?
For the Senior Discount, customers must be 65+ and show a valid photo ID. For the Military Discount, active duty service members and veterans should bring documentation such as a military ID, DD-214, or veteran ID card so our team can apply the discount.
Can I combine a discount with a move-in special?
No. For fairness and simplicity, discounts and move-in specials cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per unit. Our team will help you choose the option that provides the best overall savings.
